Halloween Hoe-Down 2008

Marie Patterson (right), a member of the DZ sorority enjoyed working with the children at the Halloween Hoe-Down.

The Delta Zeta service sorority at Eastern Kentucky University assisted the Kiwnais Club of Richmond distribute toys and candy to the children of Madison County. Delta Zeta members volunteering for this event were: Johanna Edrington, Courney Hey, Amanda Hinkel, Mark Hinkel, Alix Lewis, and Marie Patterson.

DZs are Guest readers in 2007

Members of the Delta Zeta sorority at Eastern Kentucky University were recognized by Dr. Bill Phillips, dean of EKU's College of Education, for their service as guest readers for the EKU AmeriCorps celebration of Dr. Seuss' birthday, which was held in conjunction with Operation UNITE drug education programs. Delta Zeta members pictured are Lacey Collins, Kelli Jordan, Sarah Peters, Lorean Stapleton, Jessica Burba, Cassie Murilla and Michelle Treadway. The Delta Zeta members were guest readers at Model Elementary School.
