Piddle Johnson worked all evening painting faces -
and she proved to be the expert.

One festival participant shows off a Halloween bag
she made while a young man tries his hand at Halloween golf
Kids worked diligently on their art work all evening.
Kids were provided an opportunity to made bracelets
from beads by a local dentist and Joyner physical therapy
provided treats for kids.
Red Cross representatives were on hand giving
out treats to kids - as well as information about the Red Cross
And the Richmond Police Department gave kids
an opportunity to be fingerprinted - if they wished.
Not only did Ronald McDonald attend the event, but
McDonald's provided popular stickers for the kids
The Eastside Baptist Church provided treats
and information about the services provided by the church
